    JOB OVERVIEW

    The WFC Group’s HRIS Implementation Consultants work closely with our clients both domestically and internationally to implement customized workforce management solutions and provide high level functional and technical support both remotely and in person. This position operates mainly in the Kronos Workforce Central, HR & Payroll Modules and is responsible for all aspects of an HRIS implementation including design, configuration, testing, modification, training and delivery of the application.


    JOB DUTIES

    • Provides subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations to clients regarding application problems and solutions.
    • Gathers, analyzes and identifies client requirements/ customizations needed and documents all findings, recommendations and impact evaluations for clients.
    • Designs, develops and analyzes implementation plans based on analyses and client discussions.
    • Configures the application and workflows alongside the client and per their specifications.
    • Configures and maintains interfaces and specializes in integration between timekeeping and HR/ Payroll systems.
    • Executes Unit and Integration testing before delivering developed solutions.
    • Aids clients in executing User Acceptance Testing and provides application training and change management assistance.
    • Responds to, troubleshoots and resolves application level problems for client business and technical users and makes recommendations on more efficient and productive solutions.

    SKILLS/BACKGROUND

    Required:

    • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience implementing Kronos Workforce Central (v6.0 & up) HR & Payroll Modules.
    • Thorough understanding of implementation life cycle components, including:
      • Ability to identify problems, gather requirements, conduct analysis and provide accurate solutions.
    • Sound knowledge of Kronos customization, configuration and implementation processes and components for the Kronos HR & Payroll Modules.
    • Sounds knowledge and experience with HRMS/ HRIS systems and solution concepts including:
      • Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Time and Attendance, Entitlements, Accruals, Leave, Legislative Updates, Taxes, etc.

    JOB OVERVIEW

    The WFC Group’s Contracts Manager supports all sales efforts and Sales Executives (SEs) by managing all sales/ business contracts (Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Change Orders (CO), Requests For Proposal (RFP), etc.) from creation to completion and through maintenance.


    JOB DUTIES

    • Prepares detailed and thorough contract documentation while using professional language, spelling and formatting on company letterhead/ templates, including but not limited to:
      • MSAs, SOWs, COs, RFPs, etc.
    • Reviews all contracts received on client paper/ with client wording to ensure conformity with WFC Group standards/ requirements and notes changes to unacceptable/ undesirable language when necessary.
    • Communicates with clients regarding all contractual paperwork and all other administrative items needed to cement the relationship/ agreements.
    • Collaborates with sales and management team regarding contract “flags” and helps mediate and advise on potential solutions.
    • Uses and regularly updates the company file-sharing cloud with client related documentation and information.
    • Prepares reports and other exhibits to support sales efforts as requested.

    SKILLS/ BACKGROUND

    Required:

    • A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience working with contracts in either a pre-sales, compliance or similar environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field.
    • Strong working knowledge in all Microsoft Office Products, with a focus on advanced/ expert level skills in Word (including but not limited to: conditional formatting, tables, styles, mailings, etc.) and Excel (including but not limited to: advanced equations/ formulas, pivot tables, macros, charting/ graphical presentations, etc.).

    JOB OVERVIEW

    The WFC Group’s Project Managers work closely with our clients both domestically and internationally to lead projects and provide customized workforce management solutions both remotely and in person. This position operates mainly in the Kronos Workforce Central or ADP eTIME environments and is responsible for managing, guiding and supporting all client project work and interactions, ensuring business requirements are met, project plans are followed, time constraints are maintained and budget expectations are upheld (both with the client and within The WFC Group). Additionally, Project Managers are responsible for the supervising and performance management of all WFC Group WFM Implementation Specialists assigned to their projects.


    JOB DUTIES

    General:

    • Directs and is responsible for the successful management, development and implementation of multiple projects (both large and small scale and varying in complexity) simultaneously.
    • Follows WFC Group implementation methodologies and upholds all project standards, timelines and procedures in order to help clients and The WFC Group meet their goals, address priorities and ensure quality standards are met on each project.
    • Designs detailed project plans and timelines for client projects in coordination with client stakeholders, project sponsors and the established Statement of Work (SOW).
    • Prepares presentations for client kickoff meetings and runs meetings; introducing all team members, reviewing the scope of work and defining roles, responsibilities and rules of engagement for the project.
    • Prepares thorough agendas for the full length of all client meetings and prepares additional contingency plans/ items in case onsite meetings run long or short.
      • Ensures that all project team members are ready to discuss all items in an SOW and all items in a meeting agenda and closes all knowledge gaps prior to any client calls/ meetings.
      • Documents all meetings in writing, recapping all take-aways and issuing the client and team recap meeting notes to ensure clarity and consistency.
    • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation.
    • Determines if additional Resource(s) or Hours (not previously scoped to the project) are needed in order to successfully complete a project and notifies both client and WFC Group management with as much advanced notice as possible.
      • Creates and issues Change Orders (COs) to clients when necessary and gathers and distributes signed COs as appropriate.
    • Monitors project task lists well in advance and clearly communicates all expectations to all Resources (both WFC Group Implementation Consultants (ICs) and client assigned Resources) so that all team members know what they are responsible for and when those items are due with enough lead time to prepare.
    • Establishes positive client relationships and leverages those relationships to develop and improve project work and effectiveness.
    • Identifies and resolves any project issues or conflicts as they arise and involves and notifies senior management when needed.
    • Reports on project(s) progress and status (including high-level progress, any significant issues and budget to-date) to senior management and sales team regularly.
    • Holds all Resources (both WFC Group ICs and client assigned Resources) assigned to their projects, accountable for delivery of their tasks.
    • Manages the daily performance of all WFC Group ICs assigned to their projects, including but not limited to:
    • Prepares, collaborates (with fellow Project Managers and Directors) and performs IC annual and quarterly performance reviews and evaluations, including goal setting.
      • Helps ICs improve performance by recommending trainings and providing resources and guidance related to deficiencies, when necessary.
      • Acts as primary source of communication for all ICs assigned to their projects.
      • Promotes and fosters a strong team environment with open and transparent communication and provides motivation and positive recognition to team members to helps boost morale when necessary.
      • Updates senior management and Human Resources regarding ICs performance, personnel issues, etc. when appropriate.
      • Ensures ICs adhere to all client related travel policies and procedures.
    • Participates in the staffing process including reviewing, assessing and interviewing job candidates as appropriate.

    Weekly:

    • Tracks project forecasts (employee worked hours vs. budgeted hours for client projects).
    • Reviews IC Resourcing in Saviom system and notifies fellow Project Managers of any changes in scheduling.
    • Schedules weekly internal project team meetings to review assigned items, identifies blockages and creates paths forward where resources can be held responsible for delivery.
    • Leads weekly client project team and/or executive meetings, as appropriate and ensures all agendas, project workbooks, etc. have been sent to the client to review prior to the meeting.

    Daily:

    • Reviews and updates Project Workbooks including issues, risks, timelines, schedules, vacations, task status, etc. and provides updates to senior management as necessary.
    • Ensures all ICs have assignments and are on track for deliverables.
    • Follows up on outstanding delivery items that are blocking tasks or deliverables.

    SKILLS/ BACKGROUND

    Required:

    • Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience in the WFM industry and on implementations using Kronos Workforce Timekeeper (v6.0 & up) or ADP eTIME solutions.
    • Sound generalized knowledge of Kronos customization, configuration and implementation processes and components.
    • Thorough understanding of project management phases and implementation life cycle components, including: ability to identify problems, gather requirements, conduct analysis and provide accurate solutions.
    • Ability to work independently without daily supervision as well as multitask between different projects and clients.
